I am a fully qualified Equine Massage Therapist however I also treat humans and dogs. I have over 20 years experience of working with and riding horses and own two of my own, one of which I compete in Medium Level Dressage.
My treatments consist of gait analysis of the horse however if necessary I can anlayse the rider and the effects the rider may be having on the horse. The treatments consist of skeletal and muscular assesments, massage, stretching and equine bodywork. I also provide the owner with recommended stretches to continue with. It can last up to 1 and half hours.
I can also incorporate Deep Oscillation Therapy into my treatment which helps with tendon injuries, open wounds, sprains and strains. It improves the healing process and has had remarkable effects on horses I have treated.
